The Oaks is situated within in seven acres of grounds; just over half of which is divided into rough fields.  Sheep, chickens, a feral (outdoor working) cat and a young, friendly whippet cross live at The Oaks.

Ample dedicated Car Parking is available for guests, approximately 9m from the front door of the Annexe.

A crazy paving path leads from the car parking area to the front door – being crazy paving, this is not a 100% smooth surface so care may be required.

Parking spaces are each at least 8 ft (2.5 metres) wide.

We are very happy to help guests with luggage – please just ask!

Do also let us know in advance if you would like bike storage.

External Lighting Movement activated external lighting to illuminate car parking areas & access to front doors.

The Entrance Door is just over 80cm wide.

Stairs The Annexe has two steps to enter, and does not have any internal stairs.

The bathroom in the Annexe has a standard bath with a hand held shower over. The toilet seat is just over 17″ high.

The mattress height in the Annexe is over 17″ from the floor.

All light switches are standard (approx 1.2m from the floor or on pull cords).
