Self Catering Accommodation:
£105 per night for bookings of 3 – 6 nights*
NB: We can sometimes accommodate stays of less than three nights, so please get in contact if you have any queries about this or any other aspect of your stay.
£94.50 per night (10% discount) for bookings of 7 – 27 nights (1 week = £661.50)*
£88.20 per night (16% discount) – bookings of 28 nights (28 day month = £2,469.60). *
*All bookings are subject to a £25 cleaning fee
Additional Guest accommodated in a single bed in living room by arrangement: £15 per night (discounted for stays of 7 or more nights – please contact us)
Bookings are confirmed by payment of a 50% non refundable deposit, with the balance payable on arrival in cash or bank transfer. We are unable to accept credit cards.
Electricity is payable weekly according to usage during winter months (September – April inclusive) & for all bookings of 28 days
The Oaks is a non smoking home. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.
Dogs: due to the fact that we have sheep, we can not offer stays to dogs other than accessibility dogs. Please keep gates shut to keep our whippet safe.
Sheep: Do enjoy the grounds, but please stay out of the sheep field & keep gates shut when in the grounds.
Please note that we have a small (animal & people friendly!) whippet, who may be running free at any time so please exercise caution if driving through the grounds).

Camping
NB No walks direct from us, although we are surrounded by wonderful walks.
Not suitable for large vehicles, thank you. Weather may mean we have to made adaptations to facilities or dates. Please note, by booking you agree to enjoy our spaces without damaging environment, or using fallen wood, which is important for our local eco-system. Any waste should be placed in the appropriate recycling / waste bin. Please ask about barbeques etc and if allowed at the time, ensure that they are on legs / kept well of the ground so as not to cause any damage to grass. When weather allows us to permit barbeques etc, any ashes placed on our fire pit NOT around the site. Thank you for respecting the area for us, others, and the natural wildlife.
Camping – Non CCC MEMBERS:
£22.50 per night, based x2 guests in one 2 person tent / campervan / caravan. Up to two additional children £3. per night. Please note, children must be supervised at all times by their responsible adult, thank you! Do contact us to book, or if you have any queries at all…
